Sheraton Ottawa Hotel

We had very good stay.

The hotel had a marvellous and stunning location next to Joy. And the area was downtown, really close to parliament buildings, the Parlament and good restaurants and coffee shops. The room was impressive with comfy beds and an elegant decor.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at lobby restaurant for one breakfast. It had good facilities in the bathroom: a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. The hotel was in an ideal location, close to everything I had planned on doing. Pizzeria Gabriel Pizza was located 10 minutes walk away...

The hotel was located in the heart of the city. What's more, it was adjacent to the main business center. The lobby restaurant in the venue had lots of food I appreciated during the trip.

Request a high-floor room to minimize street noise, as it can be quite lively at night.

The location of the hotel is very central. Ideally located for sightseeing. Good car start. The staff is friendly. Room size and equipment is good. Breakfast good, American style.

Sincerely, it was a real good stay for a business trip. The restaurant was very nice for one breakfast, it had appetising dishes.

The friendliness of the entire staff could not be surpassed. Everything was within walking distance. SUPER. Was the closest to the parliament and the city.

The hotel is really perfectly located to explore the city. Breakfast is very good, but (if via Bocking.com) usually has to be paid extra. This can be a bit confusing when booking. Car park with parking service also works very well, but has to be paid extra. All in all, however, price-performance is still right...

The hotel looks worn out, the rooms smell funny (possibly because of the carpet = old), the bathroom is very outdated (bad lighting). The beds are much too soft (by lying) and the duvets much too heavy and unnecessarily multi-layered. We had a very noisy room.

Only one bathrobe for two guests.

The spacious guest room was elegantly decorated and easily accessible for someone my age. The staff were warm and friendly.

Wish the pool had been open .

A standard , get what you pay for ,decent hotel .Competent , polite staff Nothing bad , nothing memorable . No reason not to go back , equally no reason to return

Parking cost $25 when there is free parking every where in Ottawa at weekends . Compulsory valet parking .No sensible explanation " It's just our policy" I don't let any one drive my classic car , so I decided not to park under the hotel . Since we were in Ottawa over the weekend Iparked for free in a multi story lot up the street .
